Assembler Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and tools to meet production standards
- Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools – no experience needed
- Follow standard work procedures to ensure product quality
- Work as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Assist teammates as needed to meet daily targets
Requirements for Assembler:
- No prior experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
- Ability to stand for 10 hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 35lbs
- Ready to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE: bump hats, steel-toe boots (on day 1), earplugs, gloves, and goggles
- A team player with a desire to grow and succeed
