Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers and vendors
- Remove materials from trucks
- Enter orders into client systems
- Update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
- Able to sit and stand throughout shift
- Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Able to work with a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to use Outlook
- Experience within Excel preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, working with Microsoft Office
