Warehouse Labor Responsibilities:
- Perform manual tasks related to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting and storing products
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers and other equipment as needed to facilitate movement of goods
- Organize and prepare the warehouse for upcoming shifts to maintain operational flow
- Ensure products are shipped following prescribed service parameters to internal and external customers
- Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Support inventory management and documentation processes
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards consistently
- Readily adapt to new procedures and tools introduced in the warehouse
Requirements for Warehouse Labor:
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, approximately 25-30 times per shift
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
