Position Title: 3rd Shift Line Worker

Hours: 10:00 pm - 07:00 am
3rd Shift Line Worker Responsibilities:
- Estimate weight of product visually.
- Verify count, look at, handle product, as required by its nature, to determine grade and identify substandard products.
- Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications.
- Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line.
- May be directed to help out in other areas of the plant as required by production demands.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices
Requirements for 3rd Shift Line Worker:
- Walk; stand; use hands, fingers, and arms to handle, feel, and reach.
- Regularly exposed to wet, warm, humid, and cold temperatures and loud noise levels.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 35lbs.
- Work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees).
- Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Demonstrate reliability and good work ethics, quality work performance, attention to detail, and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments.
- Quality focused; able to follow all personal and food safety requirements.
- Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations.
