QPS Employment Group has a great Quality Control Tech position available at a company in Rockford, IL. This is a 2nd and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Quality Control Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of products to ensure they meet specified criteria, using measuring tools and testing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and defects observed during the production process.
- Identify quality issues and report them to higher management or production teams.
- Ensure products or processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Help identify the root cause of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Gather data from production to detect trends in quality performance.
