We are seeking a 2nd Shift Crew Leader (Contract-to-hire) to oversee equipment operations and lead a high-performing team to maintain our reputation as a preferred supplier. Your leadership will ensure safety, efficiency, and top-quality output each shift.
2nd Shift Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to meet production standards and uphold customer satisfaction
- Lead and support your team, overseeing quality and productivity goals
- Coach crew members on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate staffing, handle workload planning, and perform equipment checks
- Maintain glue systems, clean workspaces, and ensure quality control
- Document and report production data, using email and SharePoint
- Support new team members with training and development
