QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Maintenance Assistant for a company in Fort Atkinson, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Bilingual Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines
- Thoroughly clean machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
- Oil and lubricate moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance
- Record and report damaged, work, or broken parts
- Order and install replacement parts for machines
- Identify the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines
- Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently
- Prepare reports documenting work performed
- Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies
- Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines
- Collaborate with product manager or plant engineer regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required
- Make necessary modifications and implement test runs; confer with product manager regarding test results and make additional alterations to machinery as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Bilingual Maintenance Assistant Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills
- Work well with engineering and with others
