MIG Welder Responsibilities:
- Produce good welds
- Make adjustments on welder
- Maintain and care for tools
- Position materials to create a positive workflow
- Remove scrap material and garbage from work area
- Follow up and communicate daily issues with welding area
Requirements for MIG Welder:
- Able to read and comprehend work orders and blueprints
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Background in manufacturing
- Able to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long period of times
- Able to walk, bend, twist and stand throughout shift
