Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts to specifications
- Inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up, identifying issues which adversely affect product requirements
- Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with shift leader for resolution
- Ensure part quality meets established standards and follow good manufacturing practices
- Complete shift documentation/paperwork
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- At least one year manufacturing or related experience
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to bend, stoop, reach, twist and stand throughout shift
- Able to work in warm environments
- Able to read, write and communicate in English to meet training, safety and quality requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and computer skills
